Raise3D manufactures desktop and industrial 3D printers from sites in Shanghai and Irvine, California. Its core business is fused filament fabrication (FFF/FDM): the Pro series (Pro2, Pro2 Plus, Pro3, Pro3 Plus and the HS variants), the E series (E2, E2CF, E3) and the large-format RMF500 for fibre-reinforced filaments. The portfolio also includes the DF2 and DF2+ DLP resin printers, the Forge1 metal FFF printer running the MetalFuse workflow (print, debind, sinter) and the RMS220 SLS system. The machines are used for prototyping, jigs and fixtures, education and short production runs. ideaMaker is the slicer; RaiseCloud handles fleet management and remote monitoring.
Second-hand supply is dominated by the Pro2 and Pro2 Plus and their successors, the Pro3 and Pro3 Plus, followed by the E2 and the first-generation N1, N2 and N2 Plus. The Pro3 line replaced the Pro2 line, introducing interchangeable hotends and revised extruders; the HS variants are the current stage with higher print speeds. The N series and the Pro2 are discontinued, though spare parts remain obtainable. The DF2, Forge1 and RMS220 are more recent products and rarely show up used so far.
Nozzles, hotends, belts, bearings and the build plate are the main wear items; on dual-extruder machines it is worth checking alignment and calibration of both heads. Raise3D printers accept third-party filament, and profiles for open materials can be created in ideaMaker. For the DF2, factor in resin supply and the DF Wash and DF Cure stations; for the Forge1, the D200-E debinder and the S200-C sintering furnace are required to complete the MetalFuse process. All machines run on standard single-phase mains. Firmware version and the RaiseCloud account binding should be reset before handover. Below you will find the technical data of all 23 Raise3D models in our catalogue, along with those currently available second-hand.
