Raise3D Pro3 — Technical data

The Raise3D Pro3 is the successor to the Pro2, an enclosed FFF printer with a dual head whose inactive nozzle is lifted electronically by 1.5 mm. The build volume is 300 × 300 × 300 mm with one nozzle and 255 × 300 × 300 mm with two. It features mesh levelling with flatness detection, a flexible steel plate and a bed reaching 120 °C (Pro2: 110 °C). The machine is aimed at product development, tooling and education and processes PLA, ABS, ASA, PETG, PC, ESD PETG and TPU. The separately sold Hyper Speed Upgrade Kit raises throughput; the fast factory version is called Pro3 HS.

When buying a used Pro3, ask about operating hours, replaced hot ends and the condition of the steel plate. A test print with both nozzles is worthwhile to check the lifting mechanism and nozzle offset. Also clarify whether the Hyper Speed Upgrade Kit is fitted, whether the printer is still registered in the previous owner's RaiseCloud account and whether the HEPA and charcoal filters have been replaced.
