Raise3D Pro3 Plus HS — Technical data

The Raise3D Pro3 Plus HS combines the large build height of the Pro3 Plus with the fast HS technology. It offers a 300 × 300 × 605 mm build volume in single extrusion and 255 × 300 × 605 mm with two nozzles, a hot end up to 320 °C and, according to the manufacturer, print speeds up to 500 mm/s, 300 mm/s as standard. It is intended for users producing long parts or many parts per job in engineering filaments, such as Hyper Core PPA with carbon or glass fibre for fixtures and brackets. Its sibling is the Pro3 HS with 300 mm build height; the earlier large-format model was the Pro3 Plus.

When inspecting a used Pro3 Plus HS, find out how often it printed at high speed and with fibre-reinforced materials, since nozzles, drive gears and belts then wear faster. A tall test print shows whether the long Z axis works cleanly. Filter condition, spare nozzles in the scope of delivery and release from the previous owner's RaiseCloud account also count.
