Raise3D N1 — Technical data

The Raise3D N1 was the smallest model of the N series, with which Raise3D entered the market for enclosed desktop FFF printers through a Kickstarter campaign in 2015. Its build volume is 205 × 205 × 205 mm, and it prints with a 0.4 mm nozzle and an all-metal hot end rated to 300 °C. The N1 came with one or two extruders (N1 Dual), operated via a 7-inch touchscreen and prepared with the ideaMaker slicer. It targeted design offices, universities and prototyping. The model is discontinued; its larger siblings were the N2 and N2 Plus, and the Pro2 range followed as the next generation.

Used N1 printers often come from schools and labs and are offered at low prices. Since the series is no longer sold, clarify before buying which spare parts – hot end, build plate, touchscreen, control board – are still available from resellers. Also check belts and linear guides, the installed firmware and whether the unit is the single or dual extruder version.
