Raise3D RMF500 — Technical data
The Raise3D RMF500 is a large-format FFF printer for in-house production. It prints in a 500 × 500 × 500 mm build volume with two independent print heads (IDEX), which according to the manufacturer reach up to 500 mm/s and 15,000 mm/s² acceleration. Four spool positions allow automatic switching to a backup spool, so long jobs run unattended; nozzles are wiped automatically. In terms of materials the machine targets fibre-reinforced ABS, PPA and PET for fixtures, gauges, thermoforming moulds and large functional parts. At 2.37 m tall, around 790 kg and with a 380 V three-phase connection, it is an industrial system, not a bench-top unit.
Before buying a used RMF500, clarify the installation site, ceiling height, floor load and the 25 A three-phase supply. Operating hours, maintenance records for axes, extruders and nozzles, and the condition of the spring steel plate matter. Since the machine is tuned to Raise3D industrial materials, ask about remaining stock, dry storage and a transferable service contract.
