Raise3D C220-P — Technical data

The Raise3D C220-P is the cleaning and powder station for the RMS220 SLS printer. After printing, the Build Unit 220 exchangeable build unit is brought to the station, where the parts are freed from the powder cake and unsintered powder goes into a 20-litre used-powder hopper; a second 20-litre hopper holds fresh powder. HEPA filtration retains fine dust, and a 7-inch touchscreen with RFID recognition guides the workflow. At 263 kg and almost 1.9 m tall the station is a floor-standing unit in its own right, available in 230 V and 110 V versions. It handles the same PA and TPU powders as the RMS220.

Used, the C220-P only makes sense together with an RMS220. Before buying, check the HEPA filter, seals and hoppers and ask which powders were used, since TPU and PA residues should not be mixed. Also clarify whether the external vacuum is included and which dust and explosion protection requirements apply at the site.
