The 3DGence INDUSTRY F421 is a professional additive manufacturing system for industrial use. With heated print chamber, interchangeable print modules, and a large build volume, it is suitable for both series production of end parts and the development of demanding prototypes from high-performance materials such as PEEK, ULTEM™ 9085, PEKK, and composite materials.

The modular print head system allows for quick switching between different material classes without additional setup. With the supplied M500+ module, even high-temperature-resistant polymers such as PEEK and VictrexAM™ 200 can be reliably processed. The M280 module also included covers the engineering spectrum with ABS, ASA, PA6, PET, and other standard materials.

**Usage History**

Commissioning: March 2024. Estimated operating hours: approx. 3,000 h with approximately 15 km of filament processed. In December 2024, the NC main board and SD card were replaced – therefore the internal counters do not reflect actual usage.
