Raise3D DF Cure — Technical data
The DF Cure is the curing station of the DF series. After washing in the DF Wash, resin parts from the DF2 or DF2+ are post-exposed with LED light in three wavelengths (365, 385 and 405 nm) while being heated with warm air up to 120 °C. Only this post-curing brings many engineering resins to the strength and temperature resistance stated in their data sheets. The chamber takes parts up to Ø 230 × 300 mm. As with the washing station, the programme can be selected automatically via the build platform's RFID chip or set manually. Power consumption is 500 W and the weight just under 33 kg.
On a used DF Cure, a functional check of LEDs and heating is worthwhile, ideally with a test part compared against the manufacturer's curve. Ask about operating hours, the condition of turntable and reflector, and contamination from resin residue. Anyone processing industrial resins from LOCTITE or Ultracur3D should check whether their curing profiles are stored in the firmware.
