Raise3D Pro2 Plus — Technical data

The Raise3D Pro2 Plus is the tall version of the Pro2: the same 305 × 305 mm footprint but a build height of 605 mm in single extrusion, 280 × 305 × 605 mm with two nozzles. This allows housings, templates and design models to be printed in one piece where a standard machine would be too low. It takes over the dual head with lifting system, hot end up to 300 °C, heated bed up to 110 °C, Wi-Fi, LAN and camera from the Pro2. At around 1.1 m tall it is a floor-standing unit, usually placed on its own stand. It was succeeded by the Pro3 Plus; the Pro2 Plus is discontinued.

When buying a used Pro2 Plus, run the Z axis over its full height and listen for smooth motion. Very long print jobs put more strain on fans, hot ends and heated bed than on the smaller model, so service records are valuable. Also check the head-lifting mechanics, flatness of the build plate, the filament sensor and whether stand and spare nozzles are included.
