Raise3D Pro3 HS — Technical data

The Raise3D Pro3 HS is the speed-oriented development of the Pro3. Build volume (300 × 300 × 300 mm, 255 × 300 × 300 mm in dual printing) and housing stay the same; new are a higher-flow hot end rated to 320 °C, closed-loop stepper motors and vibration suppression. Raise3D quotes up to 500 mm/s print speed, with 300 mm/s as standard. The Hyper Core filament range with fibre-reinforced PPA and ABS, intended for fast, durable functional parts, fits this. Applications are fixtures, spare parts and end-use parts in small batches. The tall variant is called Pro3 Plus HS.

For a used Pro3 HS, use with fibre-reinforced filaments is the key issue: they wear nozzles and drive gears heavily, so ask about hardened nozzles and their replacement history. Also check belt condition, filter changes and whether the firmware is up to date. Before handover the seller must remove the printer from their RaiseCloud account.
