KEYENCE: 1 models
KEYENCE DEUTSCHLAND GmbH is the German sales and service arm of the Japanese KEYENCE group, headquartered in Osaka and known for sensors, measurement instruments and microscopy. In additive manufacturing KEYENCE offers the AGILISTA range, represented in our catalog by the AGILISTA-3200W. The printer uses an inkjet process comparable to MultiJet Printing: print heads deposit a UV-curable acrylic model resin alongside a water-soluble support material, and a UV lamp cures each layer. After printing, the supports dissolve in water, leaving fine internal channels and thin walls intact without manual removal. Development departments in electronics, machinery and automotive supply use the machine for functional prototypes and fit checks in an office environment.
On the used market the AGILISTA-3200W is the single KEYENCE model in circulation; predecessors such as the AGILISTA-3100 appear occasionally. KEYENCE operates a direct sales organisation, so service and consumables are supplied exclusively by the manufacturer. The material system is closed: model and support materials come from KEYENCE, and third-party resins are not supported.
When buying a used AGILISTA, inspect the print heads and their print history first, since they are the central wear item, then the UV lamp hours, the tightness of the material supply and the age of the cartridges on hand. The data-preparation software should transfer together with its licence, as should any maintenance agreement. The machine runs on a standard mains connection but needs a washing station for dissolving the support material. Below you will find the technical data of the single KEYENCE model in our catalog, together with its current used availability.
