Description

# Stratasys J750 with DAP Upgrade – PolyJet System for Anatomical Simulation

Year of manufacture 2016 | Location: Austria

Stratasys J750 with subsequently integrated Digital Anatomy Package (DAP). The machine operates with PolyJet technology (PJP) and enables multi-material printing with up to 6 materials simultaneously. Build volume: 490 × 390 × 200 mm, layer thickness up to 14 µm.

The DAP upgrade extends the standard J750 with biomechanical materials for tissue structure simulation. Applications: preoperative planning, surgical training, validation of medical device products (catheters, implants, instruments), anatomical research models.

Technical specifications:

  • Full-color printing (over 500,000 color nuances)
  • Material spectrum: Rigid, Elastomer, Transparent, Digital Anatomy Materials
  • Data formats: STL, OBJ, VRML
  • Reproducible tissue haptics for realistic test scenarios

Economic relevance:In-house manufacturing of anatomical models reduces dependence on external service providers. Shortened iteration cycles (24–48 h), more precise surgical preparation, faster product validation in medical device development.

Used machine in functional condition. Suitable for clinics, research institutions, MedTech manufacturers with requirements for multi-material, color anatomical models.

2 · Let us search

Nothing suitable? We will search for you – or get an e-mail as soon as a matching machine comes in.

3 · Have parts printed

Not worth your own machine? We produce your parts – request from the LayerByLayer 3D printing service.

Buy or have it printed? For small or changing quantities, having parts printed is often cheaper than your own machine. If you regularly fill many build jobs, your own machine pays off.
