3DGence: 1 models

3DGence is a Polish manufacturer of industrial FFF printers based in Przyszowice near Gliwice in Upper Silesia. The company concentrates on machines with actively heated build chambers for engineering plastics and high-performance thermoplastics such as PEEK, PEKK, PEI (ULTEM) and fiber-filled compounds. Alongside the F421 listed in our catalog, the range includes the INDUSTRY F340, F350 and F420 as well as the earlier desktop models ONE and DOUBLE. Typical users are aerospace and automotive suppliers, medical device companies and toolmakers producing functional prototypes, jigs, fixtures and short runs.

The F421 is the current high-temperature system, combining a heated chamber, high-temperature print modules, a conditioned filament compartment and an air filtration unit. It replaces the INDUSTRY F420 and is designed to process PEEK and PEI reliably, something most open desktop printers cannot do. Used 3DGence machines are still uncommon on the secondary market; those that appear usually come from service bureaus or R&D departments and have modest running hours.

Before buying a used F421, confirm which print modules (hotends) are included and whether they cover the intended material classes, since the manufacturer works with material profiles and certified filaments; third-party filament can be run via custom profiles but comes without process guarantees. Wear parts are nozzles, hotends, filters and build plates; after many hours at 180 °C the condition of chamber heaters and insulation matters. The 3DGence Slicer software is free of charge. The printer runs on a standard single-phase outlet but needs a well-ventilated location because of the chamber temperature.
