3DGence INDUSTRY F421 – High-performance FFF printer | Used

Used industrial 3D printer for demanding high-performance materials – fully equipped, ready for immediate use

The 3DGence INDUSTRY F421 is a professional additive manufacturing system for industrial use. With heated print chamber, interchangeable print modules and a large build volume, it is suitable for both series production of end parts and development of demanding prototypes from high-performance materials such as PEEK, ULTEM™ 9085, PEKK and composite materials.

The modular print head system allows quick switching between different material classes without retooling effort. With the supplied M500+ module, even high-temperature-resistant polymers such as PEEK and VictrexAM™ 200 can be reliably processed. The M280 module also included covers the engineering spectrum with ABS, ASA, PA6, PET and other standard materials.

Usage history Commissioning: March 2024. Estimated operating hours: approx. 3,000 h with approximately 15 km of processed filament. In December 2024, the NC mainboard and SD card were replaced – the internal counters therefore do not reflect actual usage.

Ideally suited for Companies in medical, aerospace, automotive or industrial manufacturing that want to process high-performance polymers in-house – without the investment in new equipment.
