Zortrax Endureal — Technical data

The Endureal is Zortrax's high-temperature printer for high-performance plastics such as PEEK, PEI and PPSU. The chamber heats to 200 °C, the bed to 220 °C and the two nozzles to 480 °C, so that even large parts in semi-crystalline materials should be produced without severe warping. The build volume measures 400 × 300 × 300 mm, slightly less in dual-nozzle mode. The second nozzle prints support material matched to the high-temperature materials. Network and Z-SUITE match the rest of the Zortrax family, and the connected load is 2.3 kW.

Used Endureal units are rare and usually come from industrial or research facilities. As chamber and bed run at high temperatures for long periods, check heating elements, insulation, door seals, fans and cables in the build chamber closely; operating hours and maintenance logs should be available. Inspect hot ends and nozzles for wear after PEEK or metal filament use. Dry storage of the material is essential. Before buying, clarify with Zortrax whether service and parts are offered for the machine, and ask for a test print at full chamber temperature.
