Stratasys Objet30 Dental Prime — Technical data

The Objet30 Dental Prime is the dental printer of the compact Objet30 range and came to market in early 2016. It shares the low 300 × 200 × 100 mm tray with the OrthoDesk but, according to the data sheet, offers three print modes from 16 µm to 36 µm and three dental materials: VeroDentPlus for models, tooth-coloured VeroGlaze for wax-ups and veneer try-ins, and biocompatible Clear MED610 for surgical guides and splints. It therefore covers more lab and chairside applications than the OrthoDesk but, unlike the Objet30 Pro and Prime, is limited to dental resins. It was the last family member on sale, until the end of 2022.

Stratasys still offers service contracts for the Dental Prime. For biocompatible applications, the maintenance history should be complete and the MED610 within its shelf life. Also check print heads, UV lamp, water-jet or soak-tank equipment for the support material, and which materials are enabled in Objet Studio.
