Stratasys J850 TechStyle — Technical data

The J850 TechStyle is a version of the J850 platform that prints directly onto textiles using PolyJet; Stratasys places it in its 3DFashion line. Fabrics from 0.1 to 3.0 mm thick, such as cotton, polyester, blends or linen, are stretched and printed on a 460 × 360 mm area up to 50 mm high. Available materials are the semi-flexible VeroEco Flex range as well as VeroUltra, VeroVivid and Agilus30, with more than 600,000 colours in matte or glossy finish. The system includes a material cabinet and a separate fabric alignment station.

Used TechStyle systems are rare. Besides the usual PolyJet checks – print head hours, service history, condition of the material cabinet and resins – make sure the accessories are complete: the Fabric Alignment Station and, where applicable, the D2G tray kit. It also matters which fabrics the previous owner has tested and whether print profiles are handed over. Plan for a combined weight of over 700 kg for printer, cabinet and alignment station and the corresponding floor space.

1 · Buy

Matching used machines for this material and build volume.

2 · Let us search

Nothing suitable? We will search for you – or get an e-mail as soon as a matching machine comes in.

3 · Have parts printed

Not worth your own machine? We produce your parts – request from the LayerByLayer 3D printing service.

Buy or have it printed? For small or changing quantities, having parts printed is often cheaper than your own machine. If you regularly fill many build jobs, your own machine pays off.
