Stratasys Eden330 — Technical data

The Eden330 belongs to the first generation of Eden PolyJet printers developed by Objet and now listed in Stratasys' legacy support; the support page covers it together with the Eden333. It builds models from data produced by common solid modellers and prints one model material at a time with gel support. Listed materials are transparent resins, Rigur and Durus and the Tango and Vero families; the application is prototyping at all levels. Stratasys gives power consumption as 1.6 kW, connected to 100–120 V or 220–240 V. Build volume data is no longer available online. The model was discontinued in late 2007.

There are no longer any manufacturer contracts for a used Eden330, but material is still available. Buyers should see a test print, know the condition of the print heads and UV lamp and have a source for spare parts. Since technical documents are missing online, included manuals and maintenance logs are especially valuable. The unit makes most sense as a low-cost option for presentation models.
