Stratasys DentaJet XL — Technical data

The DentaJet XL is the throughput version of the DentaJet family for larger dental labs. It processes two materials at once from 4 kg cartridges and is designed for long unattended runs. According to Stratasys, one job holds up to 36 aligner arches, printed in about two hours in Super High Speed mode, or 102 crown and bridge models. Print area and maximum part size match the other DentaJet models at 1,174 cm² and 140 × 200 × 190 mm. Materials are MED610, MED620 (VeroGlaze) and VeroDent PureWhite with SUP711 support; TrueDent dentures remain reserved for the J5 DentaJet.

A used DentaJet XL makes most sense for labs with uniform series such as aligner models or implant cases. Check the usage and condition of the print heads, service records, the water-jet station for the support and the shelf life of any cartridges included. As the fastest mode is approved for aligner arches only, your own application profile should match the machine. Transfer of service and GrabCAD access also belong on the checklist.
