Stratasys Alaris30 V1 — Technical data

The Alaris30 is an early PolyJet printer from the Objet era that Stratasys now lists in its legacy support. The support page describes it as a unit for fixtures and rapid prototyping that can run as a single station or serve several users over the network; the Objet software queues jobs by priority and resin type. Listed materials are rigid Vero resins, transparent and polypropylene-like grades and high-temperature resin. The manufacturer no longer publishes build volume or performance data online. Sales of the V1 version ended as early as 2010; the later Alaris30 Pro and 30U were sold until 2013.

A used Alaris30 is a very old machine without manufacturer service; service contracts are no longer available, though material is. Before buying, a test print should show that all print heads work cleanly, as replacement heads are the decisive cost. Also clarify whether the control PC with the Objet software still boots and which resins the firmware actually accepts.
