NEVO 3D / EVO-tech EL-140 — Technical data
The EL-140 is the larger sister model of the EL-102 in EVO-tech's EVO-lizer range, now Nevo3D. It offers a 570 × 450 × 570 mm build volume, around 140 litres, in a chamber heated to 100 °C. Two independent water-cooled nozzles reach 420 °C, the bed 160 °C; parts are clamped magnetically or with an optional vacuum table. Filament drying, material detection, nozzle cleaning, copy mode and a webcam are on board, as across the range. The machine was still being built in 2023 and continues to be mentioned by the manufacturer's customers.
Used EL-140 units are comparatively young, but before buying clarify with Nevo3D whether maintenance, software updates and spare parts are still offered. The machine weighs about half a tonne and requires 400 V; check access, floor load and power supply in advance. The cooling circuit, calibration across all three axes, the drying unit and both nozzles are the main checkpoints. A test print in copy mode across the full build volume shows whether the axes run cleanly. Manufacturer filament profiles and API access should be handed over with documentation.
