NEVO 3D / EVO-tech EL-102 — Technical data

The EL-102 is the mid-range model of EVO-tech's EVO-lizer series, presented in 2018; the company is now Nevo3D. A chamber heated to 100 °C provides a 500 × 400 × 510 mm build volume, and the bed heats to 200 °C and can be clamped magnetically or optionally by vacuum table. Two independent water-cooled print heads reach 420 °C in the third version, compared with 400 °C at launch; when changing nozzles the complete melt zone is swapped. Integrated filament drying, a camera and network connectivity are included. There were at least versions V2 and V3.

The EL-102 weighs around 500 kg, is almost two metres tall and needs a 400 V supply; plan transport and installation accordingly. When buying used, read the version from the rating plate and ask the manufacturer about service, replacement melt zones and firmware, as the range is no longer current. Check the water cooling of the heads for leaks and coolant level, and the vacuum pump and table seals if fitted. A test print with both heads in the high-temperature range shows whether chamber and bed control remain stable.
