Lynxter S600D — Technical data

The S600D was the first industrial machine from Lynxter, a manufacturer founded in Bayonne in 2016, and was introduced in 2018. Its round build volume measures 390 mm in diameter and 600 mm in height. At its core is an exchange system for water-cooled toolheads: filament with one or three strands up to 450 °C, single- and two-component liquids such as silicone or polyurethane, and ceramic paste. The machine therefore covers high-performance plastics such as PEKK as well as silicone parts and porcelain. Build plate and chamber are heated, and exhaust air passes through HEPA and activated carbon filters. The controller is based on RepRapFirmware.

When buying used, the value depends mainly on which toolheads are included, as each head opens up its own material group. Check the water circuit of the head cooling, the Bowden feeds, the heated bed, the filters and the mechanics of the tall axes. With liquid and paste heads, look for dried residue in dispensers and lines. Lynxter is still in business, so spare parts and the firmware status can be checked with the manufacturer. Plan for 230 V at 16 A and a machine height of just over 1.64 m.
