Intamsys FUNMAT PRO 610HT — Technical data

The FUNMAT PRO 610HT is Intamsys' largest machine and is built for large parts in PEEK, PEKK, PEI and PPSU, as needed in aerospace and rail applications. The chamber is uniformly heated to up to 300 °C and the two nozzles reach 500 °C, which is meant to keep warpage and layer adhesion under control on large high-temperature parts. The build volume measures 610 × 508 × 508 mm; the system itself weighs 1,450 kg and is over two metres tall. A heated filament chamber keeps the material dry. According to Aniwaa it has been on the market since 2019.

A used 610HT is a plant purchase: clarify transport by haulier with crane or forklift, floor load capacity, door dimensions and power supply in advance. At 300 °C chamber temperature, insulation, seals, cables in the build chamber and fans age; maintenance logs and operating hours should be available. Check hot ends, heated plate and thermocouples for replacement cycles. For aerospace parts, process documentation is often important, so ask for qualification documents. Plan for recommissioning with calibration by Intamsys or an authorised partner.
