Intamsys FUNMAT PRO 410 — Technical data

The FUNMAT PRO 410 is Intamsys' industrial high-temperature filament printer for high-performance plastics such as PEEK, PEKK and PPS. Two print heads reach up to 500 °C, the glass-ceramic plate 160 °C and the enclosed chamber 90 °C; the build volume measures 305 × 305 × 406 mm. A sealed filament chamber with molecular sieve keeps two spools dry, and nozzles are cleaned automatically. The machine has been on the market since around 2018 and has been revised: early units state a 450 °C nozzle temperature and 2 kW connected load, current ones 500 °C and 3 kW.

When buying used, first identify the version from the rating plate, as hot ends, power supply and spare parts differ between generations. Frequent PEEK operation stresses hot ends, heater cartridges, thermocouples and chamber insulation; ask for operating hours and replacement history. Check the glass-ceramic plate for cracks and renew the molecular sieve and filament chamber seals. At 230 kg, installation requires a pallet truck and a room between 15 and 30 °C. Clarify the INTAMSUITE licence and version and secure service through Intamsys or a distribution partner.
