CreatBot PEEK-300 — Technical data

The PEEK-300 is CreatBot's high-temperature printer for polyether ether ketone and related materials. Two auto-rising extruders reach 480 °C, the bed 200 °C and the enclosed chamber 120 °C; the build volume is 300 × 300 × 400 mm, or 240 mm in X with both heads. An integrated annealing system is meant to post-treat printed parts directly in the machine so that PEEK reaches its crystallinity and strength. Alongside PEEK, PEKK and PPSU it also handles fibre-reinforced polyamides and standard filaments. Its smaller sister is the PEEK-250.

When buying a used PEEK-300, the high-temperature components matter most: hot ends, heater cartridges, thermocouples and the insulation of chamber and bed age noticeably with continuous operation close to 480 °C. Ask about operating hours, replaced parts and the condition of the bed surface. The 4.6 kW connected load needs its own fuse. For PEEK, dry filament and a dry box are essential, ideally included. During a test run, bring chamber, bed and annealing function to set temperature and check the over-temperature shutdown.
