CreatBot F430 — Technical data

The F430 is a compact, enclosed dual-head printer from CreatBot aimed at workshops and labs wanting to process engineering plastics on a benchtop machine. The build volume measures 400 × 300 × 300 mm; the chamber heats to 70 °C and the PEI-coated aluminium bed to 110 °C. The two print heads are designed differently: the right one reaches 420 °C for polyamide, polycarbonate or PVDF, the left 260 °C for support or standard filaments. CreatBot has discontinued the F430 and refers to the D400 HS as its successor.

According to the manufacturer the F430 sold in the thousands and is easy to find used. It is important whether the 420 °C head still heats properly and which nozzles are fitted; with fibre-filled filaments brass nozzles wear quickly. Check the PEI sheet, the levelling probe and the chamber heater. The 2.7 kW connected load at 220 V requires a dedicated socket. At 48 kg the printer fits on a sturdy workbench. Ask CreatBot about spare parts in advance, as the model has been superseded; many wear parts are similar to those of other CreatBot machines.
