BCN3D Omega I60 G2 — Technical data
The BCN3D Omega I60 G2 is the second generation of BCN3D's industrial IDEX printer and was presented at Formnext 2025 – the first new machine after the manufacturer's takeover by Quantum. Build volume (450 × 300 × 450 mm), actively heated chamber up to 70 °C, bed up to 120 °C, 1.75 mm filament and the material station with below 10 % humidity match the predecessor. New are 32-bit electronics, revised kinematics, G2 print heads with quick-swap nozzles, AI-assisted XYZ calibration, a camera in the build chamber and active spool control; print speed rises to up to 350 mm/s. For security-sensitive environments a version without Wi-Fi is available.
As deliveries only started in 2026, used G2 units are rare and mostly demo or returned machines. Warranty transfer, calibration log, condition of hot end tips and feeders, and function of camera and UPS then count. Licences for third-party materials and the BCN3D Cloud account must be transferable. Compared with a first-generation Omega I60, the price gap should reflect the newer electronics and kinematics.
