Zortrax M300 Plus — Technical data

The M300 Plus is the large single-extruder printer of Zortrax's M series. With a 300 × 300 × 300 mm build volume, a hot end rated to 290 °C and a bed reaching 105 °C, it covers housings, fixtures and prototypes in ABS, ASA, PETG or nylon. As with the smaller M200 Plus, the raft adheres to a perforated plate, with glass as an alternative; supports are made from the model material and removed mechanically. Wi-Fi, Ethernet, camera and touchscreen are built in, and third-party filaments are approved. Slicing is done in Z-SUITE.

With the M300 Plus, the open build space is the key point for a used purchase: large ABS parts warp easily without a cover, so ask about side panels, hood or filter cover. The perforated plate is large and expensive, so check closely for warping and clogged holes. Judge hot end, fans and nozzle by print hours, and test automatic levelling during a test run. Update firmware and have network data reset. Spare parts are available from the manufacturer, and many parts are similar to the M200 Plus.
