Zortrax M300 Dual — Technical data

The M300 Dual is the dual-nozzle version of Zortrax's large M series. A dual extruder rated to 310 °C prints either two colours or model and support material on 265 × 265 × 300 mm, with supports either water-soluble or made from the model material. This allows internal channels and undercuts that the M300 Plus can only handle with mechanically removed supports. The bed heats to 105 °C, network and camera are built in, and the material list extends to carbon-fibre-reinforced PETG and, for dual extrusion, metal filament.

Check a used M300 Dual above all for the condition of both nozzles and the switching between them: a test print with soluble support shows whether the inactive nozzle stays clean and does not ooze. Soluble support filaments are sensitive to moisture, so view opened spools included in the sale critically. Check build platform, fans and calibration and ask about print hours. If metal filament has been printed, look for wear on the nozzle and drive gear. Bring firmware and Z-SUITE up to date; spare parts come from the manufacturer.
