Stratasys uPrint SE — Technical data

The uPrint SE was a compact Stratasys FDM system for offices and classrooms. It builds ABSplus parts up to 203 × 152 × 152 mm at a fixed 0.254 mm layer, in ivory only. Support is soluble and removed in the supplied WaveWash unit. At 76 kg, with Ethernet and a standard socket, it could be installed without building work; a second material bay extends unattended run time. Its larger sibling is the uPrint SE Plus with more build volume, two layer heights and nine colours. Both are discontinued.

Used uPrint SE units are often sold off by schools and design offices. Before buying, clarify whether material cartridges for this model are still supplied and the state of the print head, as a replacement is expensive relative to the printer's value. The WaveWash station is part of the workflow and should be included. CatalystEX requires a Windows PC; a test print with support shows whether heating, head and axes are in order.
