Origin One+ refers to an Origin One that has been upgraded with Stratasys' kit of the same name. The kit replaces the projector with a unit offering 38.5 µm pixels at 385 nm and adds a more precise build arm and a new build platform. Stratasys then quotes tolerances down to ±50 µm for validated applications and ±100 µm in general, the same figures as for the Origin Two. Build volume (192 × 108 × 370 mm) and utility data remain those of the Origin One. Support lists the Origin One+ together with the Origin Two.

For buyers, proof of the upgrade is the key point: invoice or service report for the installation, serial numbers of projector and build arm. After that, the usual checks for a DLP resin printer apply – projector hours and uniformity, condition of vats and films, platform flatness. As Stratasys ties accuracy to Origin Cure post-curing, clarify whether it is available. It is also worth asking about software access and material licences transferred with the unit.
