The Neo800+ is the revised version of the large-format Neo800. Build volume (800 × 800 × 600 mm) and vat size stay the same, but laser power rises to 4 W and scan speed to up to 20 m/s. Stratasys states it is up to 50 % faster than its predecessor. The spot ranges from 120 to 750 µm, and features include an automatic bubble remover, camera, viscosity tracking and logging for traceability. It is aimed at users who need large resin parts with shorter build times. Stratasys offers the UV800 post-cure chamber and an unload cart as peripherals.

Since the Neo800+ only appeared in the 2026 spec sheet, used units will be rare and mostly young. Check remaining manufacturer warranty or service contracts, laser hours, the resin quantity and age in the vat, and whether the Titanium software can be transferred. At 950 kg plus a filled vat, installation area and transport route need careful planning; whether the UV800 and unload cart are included has a clear effect on value.
