Stratasys Neo800 — Technical data

The Neo800 is a large-format stereolithography system for parts up to 800 × 800 × 600 mm. It uses a 2 W laser at 355 nm with a spot adjustable from 150 to 600 µm and layers from 50 to 200 µm. The full vat holds 558 litres of resin; a half vat with 300 mm build height is also available. The open resin system accepts third-party materials as well as resins certified by Stratasys. This allows large models in one piece or many smaller parts in a single build. The Neo800+ is a faster version with a 4 W laser.

When buying used, size and weight come first: an 800 kg machine plus a vat weighing more than 800 kg when full need adequate floor load, access route and lifting gear. Beyond that, check laser hours, recoater and platform condition, resin age and quantity, the Titanium licence and software version, and whether a UPS is included. Stratasys specifies a room temperature of 20–23 °C with little fluctuation.
