Stratasys F770 — Technical data
The F770 is Stratasys' large-format FDM machine for long parts: its fully heated chamber offers 1,000 × 610 × 610 mm, with up to 1,171 mm on the diagonal. It processes ASA in several colours and ABS-M30, both with soluble support; filament is fed from a 3,277 cm³ coil box. With layer thicknesses of 0.178 to 0.330 mm – the faster T25 head only at 0.330 mm – it suits prototypes, fixtures and large parts. The F870 is a further development with the same build volume and housing.
Used, the F770 offers a more affordable way into large-format FDM. Check operating hours, the condition of print heads, linear axes and chamber heating, and the service history. The site needs a three-phase 208 V supply at 30 A, about one metre of clearance on each side and access for 658 kg. As the material choice is limited to ASA and ABS-M30, make sure it fits the intended applications.
