Solukon SFP770 — Technical data

The SFP770 is Solukon's polymer system and combines unpacking and cleaning in one machine. It was built for the large build boxes of the EOS P 770, and since 2023 adapters for the P 500 and Formiga P 110 have been available. A vibrating sieve cover closes the box and turns it upside down; loose powder is extracted and conveyed for reprocessing. The parts then land in a rotating basket and are blasted with glass beads and ionised air, with programmable rotation angle and blast intensity. An ultrasonic sieve cleans the glass beads. The system weighs 2,000 kg and was introduced in autumn 2020.

A used unit only makes sense if it fits the build boxes you already have, so clarify which adapters are included. Check the sieve cover and rotating mechanism, blast nozzles, basket and ultrasonic sieve, as glass beads are abrasive on the machine too. Extraction must be tight, otherwise polymer dust escapes into the room. Installation and loading by pallet truck need an area of about 5.5 × 3.5 m.
