Solukon SFP-E7 — Technical data
The SFP-E7 is a simpler unpacking station from Solukon for polymer parts from the large EOS laser sintering machines of the P 7 range. Unlike the SFP770 it does not blast, but only exposes the parts. The build platform is raised electromechanically, regardless of load and position. Loose powder falls into three surrounding collection hoppers holding 140 litres in total and is conveyed to the ultrasonic sieve, while the operator removes the parts by hand. For explosion protection Solukon names ATEX lighting and a design free of ignition sources. The station weighs 500 kg and needs 400 V with 16 A.
Before buying, check whether the station fits your own build boxes; the manufacturer names the P 770 and prepares it for P7 boxes. Many items are options, including the protective cover, sieve unit, extraction and pneumatic conveying, so have the scope of supply listed exactly. Inspect the lifting drive, hopper flaps and sieve mesh for wear. If several polymers have been processed, clean hoppers and conveying equipment thoroughly before new powder enters the loop.
