Solukon SFM-AT850 — Technical data
Solukon announced the SFM-AT850 in October 2026; its world premiere is at Formnext 2026 and deliveries are due to start in the third quarter of 2027. It is intended to replace the previous large systems SFM-AT800-S and SFM-AT1000-S and to take metal parts up to 650 × 650 × 800 mm and 1,000 kg, with a long swivel arm up to 1,050 mm high. Two axes move the part, which can also be turned upside down. Excitation is by pneumatic vibrator and high-frequency knocker; the SFM-AT850-E version uses ultrasound instead. Loading is from the front and top, and additional compressed air and shielding gas connections sit on the rotary plate.
There are no used units yet; this entry serves to classify future offers. Some of the machine data published so far is contradictory, so external dimensions and weight should later be checked against the data sheet. With later offers, pay attention to the version, because the long swivel arm and ultrasound are mutually exclusive. The inerting package is an option, as is SFM-PCU powder conveying. According to Solukon, the SPR-Pathfinder licence is not included in the scope of supply.
