Solukon SFM-AT200 — Technical data
The SFM-AT200 is the smallest depowdering system in the metal range of Augsburg-based Solukon. The printed part stays on its build plate, is clamped in the chamber and swivelled automatically by about 350 degrees around a horizontal axis while a vibrator with adjustable frequency loosens powder from channels and cavities. The rotary table is repositioned by hand. Parts up to 300 × 300 × 230 mm fit inside. The machine itself weighs 150 kg and needs a 400 V supply with 16 A. For aluminium and titanium Solukon offers inert gas protection to ATEX, and since 2021 also frequency excitation for very fine internal channels.
When buying used, first check whether the inerting option is fitted; without it, reactive powders do not belong in the chamber. Equally important is which alloys have been depowdered so far, because residues in the powder lock and collection container would otherwise contaminate the next material. Inspect chamber seals, swivel bearings and the vibrator for wear. Solukon states two values for the permitted part weight, 60 and 100 kg, so check the rating plate and operating manual. The manufacturer is independent and still supplies spare parts.
