Sisma MYSINT 200 — Technical data

The MYSINT 200 is the mid-sized laser melting system that Sisma offers alongside the MYSINT 100 in 2026. Its build volume is 202 × 202 × 200 mm with rounded corners, and the build plate can be preheated to 200 °C. It comes with one or two lasers of 300 W each, optionally 500 W; with two lasers both cover the entire field. The focus is 80 µm, or 55 µm with motorised optics. Sisma names jewellery, watches and luxury goods; the external MULTIPLO module loads and sieves the powder.

As the system weighs around 2.5 tonnes and needs 400 V three-phase power, installation comes first, together with an external chiller and a supply of nitrogen or argon. With a used unit, the number and power of the lasers are decisive, as they set the speed. Gas filter, protective glass and tilting recoater should be seen in operation. Also ask whether MULTIPLO and the trolley are included. Since Sisma handed its laser melting business to Trumpf in 2021, clarify before buying who provides service and spare parts for this model.
