Sinterit Sandblaster SLS — Technical data

The Sandblaster SLS is the larger of Sinterit's two blasting cabinets and is intended for larger parts. The working area measures 675 × 450 × 415 mm, so larger parts or several parts at once can be blasted. The cabinet holds up to 10 kg of abrasive and works with compressed air between 5.0 and 8.6 bar; it is connected to 110 or 230 V. At 30.5 kg and a footprint of about 0.7 × 0.55 m, it needs its own table or base.

On a used Sandblaster SLS, check gloves, viewing window, seals and blast gun, as they wear with every use. A look inside the cabinet shows whether abrasive and powder dust have built up. The compressor must deliver the pressure range continuously; oil-free, dry air protects parts and abrasive. For dust extraction Sinterit recommends its own ATEX vacuum, which is not always included in the sale.
