Sinterit Multi PHS — Technical data

The Multi PHS is Sinterit's current powder station and serves both the compact line (Lisa X, SUZY) and the industrial line. Compared with its predecessors, it adds a plexiglass dust cover, a movable tool holder, an adjustable 1,100 × 600 mm work surface for print beds of different sizes and sieving programmes for different powders. The sieving module can be removed and run on its own, and sensors report a full depowdering chamber. The powder container holds 20 litres, plus 70 litres of storage space. As a Performance Set with the ATEX vacuum, the workstation is ATEX certified.

Used, the Multi PHS is mostly found as part of a Lisa X or SUZY package. Check the sensors, the sieving module and its screen insert, the plexiglass cover for cracks and the completeness of accessories such as nozzles, brushes and tool holder. ATEX certification only applies in combination with the matching vacuum; anyone buying the station alone should take this into account in the risk assessment.
