Shining 3D AccuFab-L4K — Technical data

The AccuFab-L4K was introduced at Formnext 2021 as a 4K LCD resin printer from Shining 3D and was initially promoted with standard, biocompatible and water-washable resins. Today the manufacturer lists it together with the L4D in its dental range. Exposure uses UV LEDs and an LCD with 3,840 × 2,400 pixels at a 50 µm pixel size, and the standard build volume is 192 × 120 × 180 mm. The small 70 mm platform with matching tank is marked as an option on the L4K. Layer thicknesses of 50, 75 or 100 µm are selectable, speed reaches 50 mm/h and weight is about 19 kg.

As the L4K has been on the market since 2021, used units may already have had several LCD panels; replacement history and current panel running time belong in the listing. If the optional small platform is missing it can be bought later, which should be factored into the offer. Check tank film, display cooling and Z axis. On older units, check that firmware and AccuWare support are current. Open resins suffice for models; patient-related work needs validated dental resins, whose conformity is the user's responsibility.
