Shining 3D AccuFab-L4D — Technical data

Shining 3D lists the AccuFab-L4D together with the L4K on one product page with a shared data sheet. Exposure uses UV LEDs through an LCD with 3,840 × 2,400 pixels; two interchangeable platforms give 70 × 70 × 150 mm or 192 × 120 × 180 mm of build volume. Layer thicknesses of 50, 75 and 100 µm are available, and the manufacturer states ± 0.05 mm accuracy and up to 50 mm/h. Cooling keeps the display below 40 °C. The unit weighs about 19 kg; unlike on the L4K, the small platform is not marked as an option on the L4D.

The LCD panel is the central wear part here; ask about its running time and check for pixel defects or uneven exposure. The manufacturer specifies film replacement after 30,000 layers for the large tank and 60,000 for the small one, which helps judge maintenance. The HyperClear tank does not fit. Test fans and display cooling. Printing uses SHINING DENT resins or approved third-party materials, with parameters stored in AccuWare. For medical devices, process validation lies with the user.
