Shining 3D AccuFab-F1 — Technical data
The AccuFab-F1 is a DLP printer from Shining 3D for dental labs. A full-HD projector with 1,920 × 1,080 pixels exposes a build volume of 144 × 81 × 75 mm, layer thickness ranges from 50 to 100 µm, and the manufacturer states an accuracy of ± 25 µm. Platform and resin tank are heated, which is meant to help with viscous resins; top speed is 150 mm/h. Jobs are prepared in AccuWare and sent via USB, Wi-Fi or Ethernet. The platform size matches the earlier AccuFab-D1 and D1s, but the build height of 75 mm is considerably lower.
On a used unit, ask for projector hours and check exposure uniformity with a test print across the whole platform. The tank film is designed for quick replacement and is a consumable; the optional HyperClear tank is not necessarily included. Test the heaters and residue sensors. Third-party resins are possible, but the manufacturer recommends its own SHINING DENT resins with stored parameters. The AccuWare account and licence should be transferable, and linking to the FabWash requires an adaptor. The operator must clarify the medical device status of each application.
