Shining 3D AccuFab-CEL — Technical data
The AccuFab-CEL uses an exposure technique Shining 3D calls CPL (Collimated Programmable Lithography), a collimated, programmable light path for vat photopolymerisation. Resolution is 5,760 × 3,600 pixels, and the build volume is 70 × 70 × 180 mm or 192 × 120 × 180 mm depending on the platform. Layer thickness is adjustable from 50 to 100 µm; the manufacturer states ± 35 µm accuracy and up to 100 mm/h. Chamber temperature and humidity are monitored, with heating to 27 °C. AccuWare includes design modules for splints, bonding trays and temporaries.
With a used CEL, first ask about light source hours and the condition of the optics; a test print across the large platform reveals illumination faults. Both ceramic platforms should be included, otherwise one build size is missing. The HyperClear tank with NFC is supported, and its film wears like any other. Check the chamber heater and humidity sensor. Cloud functions and AI mode need a transferable AccuWare account. Partner resins widen the material choice, but validation remains the operator's job. Ask whether matching washing and curing units are part of the offer.
