Shining 3D AccuFab-Aris — Technical data
The AccuFab-Aris is a compact dental resin printer from Shining 3D that exposes through a 4K LCD rather than a DLP projector. The build platform measures 130 × 80 mm, pixel size is 34 µm, layer thickness can be set between 50 and 125 µm, and the manufacturer quotes up to 60 mm/h. The platform is temperature-controlled, sensors detect resin residue and a missing tank, and the Z axis calibrates itself at start-up. Weighing under 10 kg, the newest AccuFab model is aimed at practices and small labs; according to the manufacturer it is not offered in the US.
When buying used, the LCD panel is the key wear part: the device dashboard shows panel and resin tank lifetime, so ask to see these values. The panel is quick to swap, but check spare-part supply in advance. Inspect the tank film for scratches and clouding and the anodised platform for scoring. The system is open, yet third-party resins need their own parameters. Cloud access to SHINING Flow requires a transferable account. Anyone producing medical devices is responsible for validating the whole process, including washing and curing.
