Russell Finex AMPro Lite — Technical data
The AMPro Lite is a semi-automatic sieving station from Russell Finex for small to medium powder quantities in additive manufacturing. Rather than being tied to a printer, it works with powder vessels and bottles of most sizes and can be moved between workstations. Modules for inert gas purging, ultrasonic mesh deblinding with the Vibrasonic system, oxygen monitoring, oversize removal and powder conveying extend the base unit. The station measures 673 × 1,200 × 1,795 mm, weighs 285 kg and needs 400 V three-phase power and compressed air at 6 bar. It has been in the range since 2022 at the latest.
Because the Lite is modular, used units differ considerably. Before buying, ask for a list of fitted modules and check that the ultrasonic generator, oxygen sensor and gas connections all work; oxygen sensors age and need a valid calibration. The vessel adapters must match your own bottles and containers, otherwise new ones are needed. If the powder history is unclear, replace sieve meshes and seals before first use. Spare parts and retrofits come from Russell Finex itself, which has subsidiaries in Belgium and the USA, among others.
