Roboze Plus PRO — Technical data

The Plus PRO is the high-temperature model of the PRO series that Roboze presented in July 2022 to replace the One range. Its extruder reaches 500 °C and the vacuum bed 150 °C, so PEEK, Carbon PEEK, PEKK and the tooling material ToolingX CF can be processed. The build volume measures 300 × 250 × 220 mm, and positioning accuracy is given as 15 µm. At 1,910 mm tall and 300 kg it is a floor-standing unit; the system includes the HT dryer and a base cabinet, and an annealing oven is optional. It is no longer listed in the current range.

Used, the Plus PRO mainly interests companies that need small PEEK parts without installing an ARGO. As PEEK and carbon fibre put heavy strain on nozzle and extruder, operating hours, nozzle changes and the filaments processed last should be documented. Vacuum bed, HT dryer and any HT oven must be checked individually. PEEK parts are often annealed after printing; without the oven this step is missing. Prometheus licences, material profiles and spare parts supply should be clarified with Roboze before buying.
