Roboze One PRO — Technical data

The One PRO came onto the market in July 2022 together with the Plus PRO and replaced Roboze's older One range. It is the entry model of the PRO series for engineering plastics up to 300 °C, so not for PEEK but for materials such as Carbon PA, ABS-ESD, PP and TPU. The enclosed printer with beltless motion has a 300 × 250 × 200 mm build volume, a vacuum bed up to 100 °C and works with the Prometheus slicer. At 280 kg it is much heavier than the earlier desktop units.

In favour of buying used: the One PRO is a recent series and was usually supplied with dryer and base cabinet. Check vacuum bed and pump, build plate films, extruder and the nozzle, which wears faster with carbon-fibre-reinforced polyamide. Accuracy figures vary between 15 and 25 µm depending on the source; a test part in your own material settles it. As the model is no longer sold, clarify how long Roboze will provide spare parts, Prometheus licences and material profiles.
